When you request a property assessment check or purchase an Evidence Packet from Cook County Tax Appeals, we collect your Cook County property address or 14-digit PIN, your email address, your optional phone number, and any property notes you choose to provide. Payment card transactions are processed directly by Stripe over encrypted connections; we never see or store your full credit or debit card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Query public Cook County property tax assessment and sales records for your PIN;
• Prepare and deliver your customized Comparable Property & Sales Evidence Packet;
• Send transactional order confirmations, receipts, and township filing deadline reminders related to your request.

We never sell, rent, or share your personal contact information with third-party marketers or lead brokers.
